Attending a training course at the AW Academy in Belgium is truly an exciting experience. The two-day program kicks off with a technical training on how broadloom carpet is made, and highlights the benefits of this excellent flooring choice. Next, we take you on an extensive tour of our factory where you will discover all steps of the manufacturing process. Of course, we also share our vision on customer experience and the importance of lifestyle, colors and brands.
With a mix of presentations, films, digital apps, and showroom and factory visits, training at the AW Academy goes further than your typical classroom course.

Training program
Training at The Academy takes place at AW’s Belgian plant and typically runs over two days, from noon to noon. The program is intensive and diverse, with a fun evening activity to mingle and relax.
